Tunnel Mountain Resort
10/10 Excellent
"This was the perfect amount of space for 3 couples, as we each got our own bed/area. It was also nice to have 1.5 bathrooms, though would have been even more perfect if they had 2 full baths. There are a good amount of tv's as well. They aren't smart tv's though for anyone that may want to play off of your device. Staff was kind, but do bear in mind that the pace of life is a bit slower here. I didn't realize I could do mobile check-out so I waited for awhile early in the morning for a staff member at the front desk, and no one showed before I ended up just leaving our keys and heading out. The pool is not heated, but super refreshing after a hot summer day of sightseeing. It was also nice that there were showers (complete with shampoo, conditioner and soap) in the facility, which made it easier for our big group to shower. Super handy that the resort offers free bus passes. We used them one night to get into town since we had two cars and parking can be challenging. Note that the pass you need for Lake Louise is not included. Would stay here again and definitely would recommend. Good enough for the 6 of us to just rest/sleep in for two nights."

"Absolutely loved this property. In such a beautiful location, wonderful food, clean and so well maintained. Thank you to all the staff, esp the guy from Stoke in England who checked us in and was so lovely and helpful. Also to Albinor, our waiter. What a lovely man, so funny, helpful and polite. Fantastic property. Highly recommend."

"Everything at this place was great, I have been here many time. Host was incredibly polite and accommodating. My one honest complaint is the cost for one night for a single bedroom condo unit (over $800). This was never the case. Either way as always very enjoyable."
