"Nice hotel and lovely staff, but please be aware that non-slip bath mats or silicone tub mats are only available upon request. The bathtub surface becomes incredibly slick when soapy. Unfortunately, I slipped during my stay, hit my head and my right arm, and was injured. I highly recommend that future guests call the front desk to request a safety mat immediately upon check-in."

"Great location. On arrival we were offered free bus passes to use into the town centre and to the Gondola. Hotel offers free parking in underground car park. There is a lift from the car park to the reception. Receptionists were very helpful. The only odd thing in our room was the location of the toilet in the bathroom which was so tight against the vanity unit, we had to sit slightly sideways to use it!"
