"I was disappointed about how much they charge everyday for food, towels, drinks, etc. The food was terrible."

"Impressive place; our room had a great view, both of the ocean and of the resort grounds, which included outdoor pools full of marine life. The water park was fabulous. Our kids said it was the coolest place they had ever visited. We did wish that our balcony was a bit bigger."

"The pool was small and without sun for most of the day. The beach, the people that worked there didn’t really help you find a place with an umbrella. And the food in the restaurant that you were basically forced to eat because none of the other restaurants were available because you could not get reservation, the food heated from the day before. I thought I got an ocean view in my room however it was a partial view and down below was a construction zone. Now going to the Bahamas or Rui resort."

"10/10 would recommend. We stayed at the Hilton mangrove for vacation and our flight got delayed so we booked at the Marriott and we were so glad we did. The location was better. The staff was way friendlier. The resort was stunning and I wish we had vacation here the whole time."

"I took my wife there to celebrate Mother’s Day, she didn’t want to leave. Food was good, so were the drinks. I would have liked a wider variety in the menus for both, but again my wife loved it and wants me to take her back. "

"The staff was amazing. Especially Carlos at check-in and Nathaniel behind the bar! Room was clean and had everything we could have wanted. Loved it!"

"Property is definitely showing it's age. The elevators were rarely working, the shower was either extremely hot or cold, amenities in the room are very basic. The activities for kids at the evening were nearly non-existent and even then were cancelled with no communication or rescheduling or alternate. The pools were dirty at times with no real desire from staff to help clean, the slides rotated closures that were not communicated. Food and Beverage are beyond expensive when converted back to CDN. Overall the trip was good due to the company, weather and beautiful ocean."
