"Basically, a bed with a sheet and a light blanket. It was clean room, the rooms are not soundproof, walking down the hall you can hear people in their rooms talking. light shines in under the door, it is a convenient location if you are departing early am, you can walk to the terminal, and that is the only thing it has going for it. "

"Hotel is nice overall. Rooms are small. Pool is small and there is seating for maybe 12 people. Beach is not white sand and you have to cross the freeway to get to it. Bali had 6 designated loungers. If you are to find a comfy spot anywhere get there early. I only saw the pool bar open. $$18 drinks. Did not use the restaurant or spa. Friendly staff. Our room was only cleaned once for a 6 day stay though :(. Bottom line to me this hotel was not worth the price. "

"Breakfast Buffet horrible food terrible and service worse. No attendant watching the seating area to clean tables and direct guests for seating. Had an area marked reserved that people were seating in as only place to sit. Then a staff member came and told them they had to leave that area. "

"Our experience was the staff was amazing, the restaurant was good, the pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. The room however did not look like any of the rooms on the website, no hot water in the shower, did have a/c but still very sticky in our room. "

"We had a lovely ocean view and enjoyed the pool area. The restaurant was across the street via sky walk at the Hilton Garden Hotel. This hotel and the rooms need updating but was clean. Beds were soft but we didn’t mind. "
