“Great stay. The grounds were beautiful, the room was clean, and things in working order—although there were some unruly guests that were loud and destructive of property. I know It’s not the staffs fault, but it sometimes can be a toss up when staying at a hotel where there is not front end staff to intervene about expectations. However, the customer service was always a text away so any complaints I had they took care of them swiftly and I truly appreciate that. I would stay again!! ”

“This was a beautiful boutique hotel that surprised us. When we arrived, our Expedia reservation stated that check in time was 3pm. But after waiting about a 1/2 hour, the front desk informed us that check in was at 4pm. Ultimately we did not get into our room until almost 5:30pm. They did wave the parking fee for our troubles, but honestly did not appear to care that we waited almost 2 1/2 hours to check in. “This location was extremely pleasant, felt very luxurious. I loved how easy it was to go to the beach across the street or go sit at the pool. Beach has complementary chairs, towels, and umbrellas, they also have a bar with full service that will bring drinks to you. The pool has a wonderful view overlooking the beach and ocean. The location is very walkable to local coffee shops and bars. Our room was so clean and comfortable. Will 100% be returning. ”

“Love the property, the beds were super comfy. The staff were so helpful and friendly . Whenever I message the hotel within minutes they responded back . If I go back to Fort Lauderdale I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The beach is within a five minute walk. The only issue was there is no ice machine but that wouldn’t deter me from not returning to this hotel.”

“We stayed at this property 2 separate times while we were there for a cruise. The property was fairly clean but you could see its age. Staff were polite. Our room was average but our bathroom on both stays were very old and outdated and the tubs would not drain. The only perk was beach access. We wont be staying here in the future because the cost per night does not equal what we were expecting. ”

“Hotel was very disappointing. Restaurant ran out of yogurt at breakfast time. No milk available in restaurant for afternoon coffee. First 2 days room still had not been cleaned by 5.30 pm, housekeeping then wanted to clean as we were getting ready to head out for dinner. Air conditioning in room was very noisy. Also hotel beach access was closed because of music concert infrastructure taking hotel beach space. Set up for concert restricted access to hotel at times. ”
