"The only bad thing I can say about our stay is that the area rug in our suite was not clean. The people before us must have had a dog, because there was shedded hair all throughout the rug. This created dust bunnies and also stuck to my bare feet. See photo."

"This is really two separate hotels. The front portion is nice and well maintained. The back part is more run down and actually houses what looks like long term low income residents. I couldn’t actually believe how they had the swimming pool in the back roped off. Both pools were out of service. They had a rectangular pool roped off in a triangle with large portions of the pool not even roped off. It’s just showed to me how little went in to the appearance of the back part of the hotel. There was banging on doors early morning on two occasions. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. My review may be better if I wasn’t in the back part of the hotel."

"The hotel staff was very attentive to our needs, at all times. The property itself was in a great location...one block from the beach! The property is older, which makes it very charming. The only complaint I have is coffee wasn't available until 7 a.m., and no coffee pot in the rooms. If you're an early bird, like we are, we should have coffee available in the rooms. They do have beach yoga, and bikes you can use for a 2 hour period. There is a lovely state park nearby to ride the bikes at. All, in all I would revisit the property! We had a great time!!"

"I reserved a studio and it was nice and clean. The room has a kitchenette complete with stove and dishes. You cpukd easily make breakfast. It is steps away from Fort Lauderdale Beach abd close to alot of restaurants and bars. Primanti Bros needs to be mentioned because they are open 24 hours and their food is AMAZING and economical. Be forewarned, the two elevators are very small and does not accommodate 17 floors plus penthouse during peak times. Pack your patience in this regard. The only suggestion I have is more frequent visits from housekeeping. We stayed for four nights and tgey never came. We did not require a full clean but a little freshening up would have been nice. We also signed a document starung checkout was at 12pm yet housekeeping insisted it was 10am."

"we had the best long weekend here. from the moment we stepped out of the uber, every staff member we interacted with was polite and asked how they can help. we were greeted with a delicious sangria and offered bottled water at reception, which was lovely. we had an ocean front room with a balcony overlooking the pool and it was not at all loud as i anticipated it to be, given the location. our room was very clean and the bed insanely comfortable. the location is close to restaurants and of course, steps from the beach. love the service at the beach also. looking forward to returning!"
