“가성비 꽝입니다, 특히 아시안 사람들은 비싼 가격에 부실한 시설등으로 실망이 클거예요, 샤워 수압도 안좋고, 뷔페 같은 식사도 없고, 건설회사가 억지로 만든 호텔로 미술품만 전시해놨지, 엘리베이터도 느리고 소음있고, 아무튼 가격과 이름 보고 분위기있는 객실 사진 보고 높은 가격에도 기대를 갖고 예약했으나 실망이 컸었음, 다만 레스토랑의 코스 메뉴는 비교적 괜찮았음.”

“The room itself was super clean and well kept, there were some amenities that weren’t listed so that was a nice surprise. The host is very responsive and gave a detailed list of everything related to the room and parking, that was greatly appreciated. AC was good the whole time and never had any issues with it. “This is my 4th year in a row staying when I visit Phoenix. It’s a nice historic hotel that is located near the Convention Center. They keep this place very cleaned and maintained. The staff is wonderful and they remember me when I come back.
The only complaint I really have is that the pool wasn’t open. Something that would have been lovely to have on hot July days in Arizona. ”
“I stayed for about 4 nights and the staff was amazing. I was able to check in early the front desk let me know all about the bar & breakfast options. Parking was easy & poolside was clean. However upon arrival the sheets did have a black & red stain on them. But in the hotel’s defense I did ask to check in almost 4 hours early so they didn’t have time to double check the room like they normally would.
