"Steps and elevators are a bit of a pill if you have anyone with disabilities. One reason I cannot give it 5 stars. Steps to get to the first elevator that leads to the 1st floor. Then there are more steps to reach the second elevator, which leads to the hotel room floors. Breakfast was good and worth the cost for the convenience. The hotel's location was excellent, and if you are a walker, there are many places you can reach on foot. There is a park right across the street from the hotel that is really nice and relaxing. Others in my group went and enjoyed nature in the middle of the city. Decent shopping & food options near, and a Money Exchange just one block down. It is a type of bank and they offered a good conversion rate with only a 15 euro charge for the transaction. Goiogle search did not have it and I just happened to find it. "

"Really good room in a perfect location for exploring Rome. The room was a good size with a great shower, very clean and some excellent breakfast options just down the hill. Very comfy bed, really pleased with our choice."

"Hive was a perfect location for us. Walkable from the train station even with luggage. Note: the sidewalks are uneven. We walked every where. Trevi Fountain, Coliseum and Spanish Steps were only 20 minutes away. We chose to walk every where so we could explore. Rome is such a beautiful city. Hive was perfect. Would stay here again."

"Excellent location! Old Historic Hotel? Breakfast was very good with attentive staff. Bellman very good. Front desk staff need to be more attentive to the customer. Room was very nice except the mattress was low and lumpy, Bathtub shower was good. Let cation was perfect!"

"Perfect location! We walked to every historical site with ease and the Pantheon was always an easy landmark to find our way back after a busy day. The staff was very helpful and the included breakfast at a local cafe was a nice bonus. The room and bathroom weren’t exceptionally clean, but we were so exhausted by the end of the day and they are minimally staffed that it wasn’t worth pointing these oversights out. Overall, very happy with our stay."
