"Room was clean and cold. I enjoyed the gym, had weights up to 75 lbs. walkable. carbon monoxide alarm malfunctioned my second night and woke me up but I called the desk and they removed it within 10 min. Overall not a bad spot."

"My wife and I stayed here for our first trip in 10 years together. The staff was awesome and we’re always there to give us tips. The placement of this hotel could not be better for your trip around the five boroughs as it’s placed perfectly. If I could, I would come twice a year to this place. It was absolutely magical!!! I love New York❤️🤍💙"

"This is a nice place to stay in midtown Manhattan. It’s convenient to Broadway and Central Park. The rooms are well appointed with both a fridge and a microwave. The beds and linens are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, especially the bellhops. The elevators can be a bit slow during peak times, but they were not terrible. Overall it’s a pretty good value."

"Perfect location. Times Square is right there. Everything you need, included a parking garage, is right at the hotel. The subway is across the street. You can stay at this hotel and go anywhere around NY. It was clean. The staff was well trained and informed and professional. I found my hotel when I come to NYC and it’s this one. No need to go anywhere else. 10/10 recommend"
