My friend and i have gluten allergies and they would make breakfast, lunch, dinner separately for us in the kitchen . All of the facilities were great and the location is great. "The room was excellent- roomy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We just had one problem with checking in. We arrived very early and were told we could stow our luggage and they would contact us when the room was ready. At 3:30 we checked to see if the room was ready yet but it was not. At 4:39 we returned to see many others checking in. We had to wait in line and the young lady that then checked us in (the same person that earlier said the room was not ready) checked us in. We were upset for the delay but she just asked if anyone had texted us. We said no- she looked at the computer and found the wrong number had been entered. Despite us being upset by all this she never apologized or acknowledged our frustrations. Instead she just kept talking at us - ignoring any concerns we expressed which just made us more frustrated. A little understanding or compassion would have gone a long way. "

Had a problem at check out when I wanted to replace the payment from the credit card my husband had used for the reservation to my Visa debit card and my request was not accepted. Due to this problem I´ve written to the hotel, asking for this replacement"
