“I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi, which did not work for four out of the five days of my stay. I missed three important work meetings because of it. Every time I asked for help, I was simply told to go to the lobby. That is not a reasonable solution when you need to be on camera for professional meetings. The service was equally frustrating. We requested clean towels, but they did not arrive until two hours later—and only after calling three separate...

“The pools and staff were great. Entertainment not so much Food needs to be more diverse. And of better quality. Toilets didn’t always flush well And the air conditioning was always changing when we set it. Some how it got changed back”

“I stayed for a night before heading to Vieques. The location was excellent, and I had a real blast at the waterpark that I didn't expect. I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. Besides that slight letdown, I'd love to visit again."”
