“We had An excellent stay. The rooms were clean, and the service was very good. The service was excellent, the pools were clean, and the bars had international drinks. The only thing is that they should update the hotel rooms, because they are a bit outdated. The restaurants had variety. At the buffet they sometimes served food from the night before.”

“Atlantis looks great from the outside and does have many amenities but it is very limited in the way that it is done. For an establishment that you have to pay for every single thing and that is really massive, there is only one place to get your wristbands issued and one pool towel station. Majority of the staff are unhelpful and unwelcoming. None of the staff seems to be on the same page. First big issue was that my family wanted to set up a photoshoot and the website has an "opportunity" to...

“I stayed for a night before heading to Vieques. The location was excellent, and I had a real blast at the waterpark that I didn't expect. I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. Besides that slight letdown, I'd love to visit again."”
