"Beautiful setting and very nice accommodations. Most staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant menus were way too exotic for our tastes. After trying both restaurants, we avoided them except for simple breakfast. Ground transportation was a very expensive problem. The resort arranged taxis (nothing else) but essentially dumped the problem on guests. "

"Staff in general is great. Waiters , entertainment, bar tenders , etc are great. The smell in the dining room is horrible, the buffet room location is Terrible at Bavaro, we could not eat there even one day, smells as sewerage. We had to jumped into Punta Cana restaurant. Hope you can take this in consideration and they fix this ! Thank you "

"We loved our short stay there. Food was okay and drink were jast basic. Everything other than Jamaican rum, you would have to pay. 7.5 out of ten. Id like to come back with our kids for a longer time "

"Very good experience. Bermuda has a very good public bus system. we got passes from the Hotel and traveled very comfortably from the hotel to various attractions, later returning to the Bus Stops right in front of the hotel property. Food and staff were all fantastic."

"This property is perfect for a romantic getaway. We stayed 3 nights in one of the cottages which is located away from the main building so it is somewhat isolated. It is perfect if you want a peaceful weekend. The only issue is the lack of staff. After 7pm you are on your own. And even though they provide you with a number to call, they do not answer nor can you leave a message. This became an issue at one point. Other then that it is a perfect oasis. "

"El Hotel San Marco has excellent hospitality for international guests. They go above and beyond to meet your requests and needs. They show you to some of the best Italian food in the city. The hotel is a quiet spot in the city, outside the center if you wish to explore other areas of the city but close enough you can reach the center easily by Uber or walking. Their staff is friendly and hardworking. I had an excellent experience and will return. ¡Gracias!"
