“This was our first stop on a first trip to Costa Rica and it was incredible. The team working here is nothing short of incredible. They are all so nice and very helpful! Everything from the welcome drink, to the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were amazing. The animals were plentiful and such a great way to start your trip with kids on the rainforest. We took a frog tour at night and it’s a must do as well. After breakfast, we hit the waterfall trail to some of the most breath taking waterfalls...

“The breakfast was superb with both buffet style and made to order stations despite being the off season. The staff was also wonderful and patient with less than educated Spanish speaking, and they go out of the way to make your stay enjoyable. Just a couple of minor issues with going through the front gate, so keep the hotel phone handy, and we found out that if you have the shower exterior door locked and shut the bedroom door, you've locked yourself out. Take the key with you....”
