“We had such a wonderful time on our vacation! The view was great, even with the rain, and we took advantage of the fire pit for marshmallows. Everything felt very clean, and the full kitchen was great for making a quick, cheap dinner. My partner kept exclaiming how much she could live here due to how perfect of a set-up it was. We’re already planning our next trip back and trying to convince a few friends to join us - which shouldn’t be hard with the pics we took.”

“Everything was great minus our room. The AC wasn't working and the room was close to 80 degrees. The maintenance guys fixed it, but it didn't change the temperature. Two nights out of three were spent in very hot conditions which made it hard to sleep. ”

“Elktrace B&B is located in the quiet and huge place. We arrived there very late night ( actually extremely early in the morning) but the great host was sleeping and waiting for us in the couch. We were so sorry about that and appreciated it. Our room had two beds but we had to share the bathroom with next room. That was just one thing I felt uncomfortable. Every interior and exterior really goes well I felt the extraordinary sense of the host. In the morning, the host made the breakfast...

“One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Loved the modern thoughtful design and the location is amazing. Short walk to the hot springs and they even have bikes available! We loved riding them to the grocery and hot springs. ”

“Room was nice. There was no TV in my room which is ok cuz not many people need to watch TV in their hotel rooms when visiting Pagosa Springs. There was no AC in my room but an electric fan only. I was ok with sleeping in the room with windows open. Front office informed us after 10PM is quiet hrs because the walls are not sound proof. This is due to it being an old building.”

“The Room was very clean and well stocked with amenities!! The host/owner was over the top with service. I can’t say enough about the property jetted bath tubs all the antique decor the Mountain View’s and the chef created a memorable meals for us!! We can’t wait to have another adventure at the Keyah Grande!! Don’t hesitate book it you won’t regret it!!!! Very romantic getaway!!!!!”
