“The food was good, but unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations. Many of the servers seemed inattentive, and it often took a long time to get assistance with our orders. The bartenders also seemed reluctant to prepare certain drinks, which made the experience feel less welcoming. At one point, my husband was asked to walk up to the bar himself to get his beer rather than having it brought him. Considering the gratuity and the level of service we received, we expected the staff...

“Absolutely loved this resort! The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to accommodate any requests, with a smile on their face. Ruth, Shavel and team at the Spa gave us wonderful massages. Cons: Dinner food was okay, but not great. Steak and lamb were so tough, we could not cut through them with our knife. Fish had several bones in them on 3 different occasions. Breakfast buffet was great. The jerk chicken was the bomb!”
