“We witnessed 2 employees asleep at their job. The cable and TV’s did not work and the staff was rude and unresponsive to any of our concerns or needs. Considering this establishment brings in the same crowd as a great wolf lodge. It is not even in the same category when it comes to customer service or appreciation.”

“Our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Plattsburgh was a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn’t as clean as we expected. The TV in the sitting room didn’t work, the telephone in our room didn’t work, and the TV channel selection was very limited.
