“사람들은 친절했고 시설도 깨끗하고 너무 좋았습니다 다만 몇몇 서비스가 서툰 직원들이 있었고 해변 모래 관리가 잘 되어 있지 않았습니다 그리고 이탈리안레스토랑과 아시안레스토랑은 좀 더 메뉴 개발이 필요합니다”

“Everything is going good”

“My stay at the Rio Republica hotel was disappointing because of the way I was treated. In the restaurants, the waiters were inattentive and seemed to do everything reluctantly. On top of that, security pulled me out of the nightclub and took me to reception in a rough manner, used racist language, and insinuated that I was stealing or that I was there illegally, while they were trying to confirm my room and reservation. The night head of security threatened to call the police. It was...

“the resort wasn’t bad but some of the employees was very nasty and don’t understand anything”

“The staff is kind and clean the room everyday!”

“Ground Floor Rooms are not a good idea especially those closest to the ocean. They can be more noisier also. We had to switch rooms because we were lacking heated water for some reason. They switch us to a top floor without any issues. Everything else was top notch and relaxing. Lobby bar was a nice way to wind down after a long day and relax.”

“good”

“Love the people and the facilities. Will return. Just do not fall for 90 minute conversation about buying into Hyatt. It took over THREE hours. Wouldn't take no for an answer! Get the butler service!”

“My butler Dionisio was the greatest he made sure everything was truly taken care of without hesitation.”

“Me gustaría que el servicio en los cuarto fueran más atentos”

“This is my 3rd time staying at the property and I have seen how maintenance has degraded and staff happiness is not the same. Still a good place, but not what it use to be.”

“Bring multiple bottles of bug spray, the mosquitoes are on steroids. My poor wife has to have over 100 bites on each one of her legs. She can’t sleep at night bc she is so itchy, I wish somebody would’ve told me before we went here how bad the mosquitoes are, the other part I did not like is the beach was closed the entire nine days we were here. we went on an excursion and from talking to other people their beaches were open. I don’t understand why ours was closed. You fly all this way to come...

“We had an amazing stay, everything was streamlined and easy to understand and access so we were able to relax.”

“We were very impressed with this resort from the second we pulled up to the lobby. All of the staff was extremely nice & helpful. Our concierge, Miguel G, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help make this the most memorable trip. We will request him when we return, and we will definitely be back. The food at each restaurant was amazing. We didn't have one bad meal. Loved the coffee at Mike's coffee shop and the smoothies were excellent. The grounds are beautiful and love how...
