“We had a great stay at Eldorado! Our room looked even nicer than the pictures. It was very clean. Housekeeping came by everyday to clean our room, take out trash and leave clean towels. The Agave Lounge was great for eating at. We had breakfast there every morning. It was never too busy. I suppose the kitchen was rather slow, but we didn't mind because we enjoyed the coffee. The esthetic of the whole hotel was really nice. It has a grand open entry when you walk in. There are a ton of chairs and...

“It was a trip back into the 1960's. They provided towel sets for two people when three were registered. No grab bars on side or walls of the tub, and no apparent slip prevention on tub bottom. We could have dropped a towel for the purpose, but then we would have been drying off with a washcloth...) Burned out light bulb next to one of the beds.
The housekeeping staff was good, however.
But at the $800+ price for two nights, next time we'll chose another place to stay.”

“Mouse in room | High price, low value
Around 12am on our 3rd night, we awoke to sounds of a mouse scurrying around. We opened the doors and scooted it out onto the second story patio. Checking the room, we then found several droppings.
We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am.
The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per...
