"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay and the unacceptable service provided by this hotel. We had a confirmed booking for a specific room type and bed configuration. However, upon arrival, we discovered that our booking had been altered, and we were transferred to a completely different hotel branch without any prior notification or consent.
To make matters worse, the management acknowledged the mistake and promised a 50% refund as compensation. Despite these assurances, no refund has...
