“The property is on the outskirts of Charleston WV. It is quiet and away from all the goings on of city life. It is somewhat wooded and a body of water runs by the property. Very peaceful. There is a restaurant next door and the food was good. Pizza and sandwich options are available within walking distance. Staff at the hotel and restaurant are very friendly. The hotel room was clean. The queen room was small but is more than enough for a single traveler for a 1-2 day stay.”

“Lets start with the broken TPaper holder - like the 3rd time it has been reattached Phone not working -no back up Noisy room all time - a machine of some type is running and vibrating walls Window electric blind not working , will not go up -waiting repair parts Why provide this room with all these issues???? I suggest the Hotel Manger spend a night in the room.”

“The first room we checked in was smelly. The bathroom had a strange stench. The 2nd room was ok but we had problems with the TV. The hotel bathrooms are dated. Need a makeover. Breakfast is good and adequate.”

“It’s fine for what it was, a room to catch some sleep before continuing our trip at a great price. The ro was clean and the staff both evening and morning were friendly. Outward facing rooms are loud and this was increased due to the road construction going on nearby. No coffee maker in the room was a disappointment but breakfast included downstairs in an under $75 price was a positive. There was also some sketchy looking stuff going on outside at night so there’s that, but when staying at...

“The breakfast menu was not very good; the eggs were watery, and there was no fruit option. But the worst part was the pillows — they were flat and hard, as if they had been used a thousand times and had no fluff left, like a flattened cake.”
