“My suite had a fan blowing in the room when we arrived. I went down to the front desk to ask if everything was ok and they lied to me to my face and said that it was. The next day we discovered the carpet was damp which caused some of our belongings to get wet. We came back from the beach to the room having a terrible smell. I suspect the dampness was from the toilet as that wasn’t working properly either.”

“This place was nice and clean. The view was amazing from the 5th floor. The bathroom was clean and modern. There was variety of options for breakfast. The close proximity to shopping mall made it that much more unforgettable. I really enjoyed my stay here.”

“The staff was above average, very nice, very attentive!!! The laundry room AND pool were closed the entire week we were there, 2 of the amenities I truly needed as a truck driver. But even with that, I enjoyed the room, the bed and the staff . It is an exceptional location with Starbucks in parking lot, Aberdeen Barn directly across the street and many other options”

The property was consistently dirty, with stained, worn carpets throughout the building and a persistent odor that never seemed to go away. The lobby frequently smelled like marijuana, creating an unwelcoming first impression. The room itself was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, and the WiFi was unreliable, cutting out repeatedly during my stay. The overall maintenance of the hotel was unacceptable. It...

“We were not allowed to have a rollaway in a double queen room because it was considered a fire hazard, so one person in our party of three had to sleep on a pile of extra quilts that we asked housekeeping to bring to us. ”

“Pros: Beautiful beach view from top floor, clean room, very accommodating and friendly front desk staff, good breakfast options, great location with trolley stop right in front Cons: Limited and very squeaky gym equipment, pool water looked cloudy I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the gym and pool. Luckily we had great weather and went to the beach instead. Would recommend, though.”
