より駅に近いホテルもありましたが、上田城・商店街・飲み屋街に近い側だったので、不便とは感じませんでした。
設備は年季を感じさせますが、清掃されていました。
一点気になったのは、窓の外からファンの音（室外機？）がし続けた事です。ただ、雨戸を閉めれば気になりませんでした。"
