"We recently stayed at the Mitsui Garden Premier and the location is easily its best feature. It’s incredibly convenient for the subway, and the neighborhood is vibrant with tons of great restaurants and lively streets right at your doorstep. While the hotel itself is stylish, we were disappointed with the room's upkeep. The towels didn't smell clean, and it felt like the floors hadn't been vacuumed once throughout our visit. Aside from these hygiene issues, we had a great time, but we hope management addresses the cleaning standards to match the quality of the rest of the hotel."

"The room has enough space for you to move. Clean and with AC and TV. There is a mini fridge too."

The only inconvenience was the laundry—machines were often occupied, and with two-hour cycles, waits could be long. Overall, the hotel itself easily deserves five stars. I rated it four due to the location. Roppongi felt more focused on style than social interaction; as someone who values conversation over fashion, I found it difficult to connect with people there."
