"I only have one criticism and that is the parking. Having booked through Expedia I was disappointed on arrival that there were no parking places available. I spoke to the reception who advised me that I could have booked reserved parking, unfortunately this information was not given to me by Expedia. Bathroom looked refurbished and nice, staff were nice. Unable to order room service as no one answered the phone , spa did not call me to make an apt. And I was unable to eat in the restaurant on both occasions I tried so I ate in the bar. "

"My partner and i stayed here for bank holiday weekend. Where i did a surprise proposal to her, the staff were a great help in setting this up for me and recording it. Every member of staff were so friendly and helpfull. We also ate breakfast twice and dinner here once. Food was great all very tasty and reasonably priced."
