"Our room was clean, quaint overlooking beautiful greenery & had full supply of amenities. There is no shower in the room, have to use the communal bath in B1 that has direct access to the onsen. We enjoyed the onsen during our stay. Peaceful, relaxing & rejuvenating after walking for about 20K steps/day."

"The place was clean and has a washer/dryer. Beautiful bathroom with a hot spring water flowing in the tub. Huge apartment for the family. They are quit remote from any restaurants, we arrived late to the hotel and had to go out to find dinner, most of the restaurants there were closing by 8p. So we walked around tired and hungry and not finding any place to eat dinner, But found Lawson and grab some instant noodles to bring back to the apartment to eat, Had I known about the scarcity of dinning options, I would have just packed food to make there. There was a nice kitchen with all the amenities to make a meal. I would go back and bring food next time."

"The hôtel is wonderful! Every detail has been carefully considered and crafted using high-quality materials. The lounge, with snacks and drinks, adds to the hotel experience. Unfortunately, the dining room left us with mixed feelings regarding the dining experience. We made requests that were not honored. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the staff's attitude changed, and our dining room experience became unpleasant. It's a real shame because, although the hotel is extraordinary, I would hesitate to book again."
