“We got to the hotel too late and could not check in. I have never reserved a hotel where the have to check in beforr 8pm”

“It was nice but a little on the smaller side. The front desk people were very nice and tried there best to help.”

“We arrived to Kyoto early, didn't expect the hotel to let us check-in but they did because the room was ready. The process was pleasant and smooth. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The area was quiet, yet very convenient access to the Keihan line and the buses, about 17 mins walk to Kyoto station and TeamLab. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Kyoto.”

“The cleanliness was on point, and having a washer and dryer in the room was a great convenience. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby train stations. The only downside was that the beds were not very comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay, but the beds could definitely be improved.”
