“We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new boutique hotel. The location was perfect for us, conveniently close to both the airport and the port, with plenty of excellent restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. The room was exceptional—beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful touches like coffee in the room, plush robes, and luxurious towels made the stay feel extra special. The owner was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our...

“The location of the hotel is excellent. There are many restaurants and rent car company around the hotel and can be easily access to the fortress. Also the breakfast was very good and the most of all the view from the restaurant was fascinating. But the room was very small and was not cleaned properly. Dusts and hairs were found on the floor and shower booth. Mattress was very hard so my back hurt and room was very cold.. ”

“Neues Hotel in ruhiger Lage aber sehr zentral gelegen. Innenstadt fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Frühstück international und reichhaltig. Sehr sauberes Hotel mit super nettem Personal. Gerne wieder, also wenn Heraklion dann wieder hier. Lieben Dank”

“Beautiful hotel, centrally located and very comfortabky appointed. The rooms had all the amenities one needs. I especially appreciated the clothes steamer in the closet, a variety of outlets on both sides of the bed, confortable bed, The staff were welcoming and helpful and breakfast delicious.”

“We stayed at the hotel for one night, this was a great and comfort stay. The bed was superb, I had a great sleep. The entire facility was very clean, and some of the best staff ! The brekafast buffet was excellent! I have nothing to say about this place that is negative !”

“The breakfast was quite fantastic. Menues varys day by day. I thought the services and rooms were good untill I found the roaches. The first time was infromt of our room, but it was okay and they got rid of it very quick. But the second one was found on the floor at breakfast corner. Besides the roach problem, everything was good.”

“The owner was very kind and accommodating. We had travel delays due to weather and he let us check in early as we had been awake for 24 hours. The bedding was very comfortable and linens nice. I would suggest a small fan in each room to combat the street, school and airplane noise. It’s a city central location . Courtyard lovely”
