“Overall impression of Sheraton is that the staff are amazing. I checked in very late in the morning yet the staff was polite and quick with the check-in process. When I checked out I had to rush to the airport to catch my plane and 'Rosie' picked up a taxi since the grab driver was asking to pay in cash when I didn't have any. And she even gave us a hanoi keyring as a small gift. I would definitely recommend this place!”

“시설은 올드하나 관리는 깨끗하게 잘하고, 직원들도 친절합니다. 하지만 인도 사람들이 조식 공간을 가득 채울 정도로 너무 많습니다”

“The reception staff were excellent and so very helpful all the time. The breakfast was excellent. Such a great choice everyday something different in the buffet selection. Fresh coffee, juice and a daily smoothie. The pool wasn’t very big and personally dont like that people are allowed to smoke in such a small confined space . There is some on going renovations, as the hotel is very new and thats why we got it at a very good price. Didn’t realise our room didn’t have an external window. The...
