We stayed here for 4 nights. We had a late check in. I was greeted very warmly and, the gentleman explained where we would be best to park and get to our room and gave us complimentary water. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable, except for all the pillows. None of them had enough firmness and bh the morning it felt like i was sleeping without one. This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so friendly and warm and welcoming. They offered advice on restaurants nearby and were there to answer any questions. The room was perfect and quiet. I appreciated the lovely breakfast that was served every morning with an additional cost. The location was great. It is close to shopping, food and downtown. It is easily accessible through public transit. I would definitely stay here again.
