"It was beautiful and the staff was lovely. But the temperature in my room was beyond cold. I blasted the heater and put a towel under the door but there was still cold air coming in through the hallways. Don’t understand why be so wasteful. "The first thing that I noticed about our room is that we had booked a partial ocean view, however you couldn't see the ocean at all unless you actually went out on to the balcony and looked to the left. The actual view from the room was resort view. My son who had booked an ocean view actually got what I would consider a partial ocean view.
