โThis is a unique property in the Spanish Quarter. Vehicles cannot drive to the entrance, which is very difficult to find if you think you are looking for a traditional hotel. It would be helpful for the hotel to send a photo of the entrance or post one on the website so it would be easier to find. However, once you find it, it's a great spot. โCentrally located. Staff was friendly and helpful. Made us lattes and water when we arrived. Allowed us to check in slightly ahead of 2pm which was very helpful as we were exhausted from travel. โ

The property is on the fifth floor and the lift is small and old but it works perfectly fine and we had no issues with it.

โgreat location in Santa Lucia, room was comfortable , the AC was cool and it was quiet. The breakfast was nice with lovely service, Iโm gluten free and they got pastries in for me especially.
