"The property is in a remote location with poor road. There are only three restaurants on the property that serve a la cart Mexican, Mediterranean and pool side food. The food service in the restaurant is very poor and it takes approximately 30 minutes to an hour between order and delivery to the table. There are no other dining options near the property. "In need of upgrades. Had to switch rooms because shower was emitting horrible sulfur smells that stunk up whole room. Bed mattress had giant hole in it. Room faced a construction site that started at 7:45 every morning. Most staff was very helpful and nice but concierge was unbelievably and shockingly rude and obnoxious. And not just to us. He is in the wrong line of work."
