“Staff was fantastic very helpful with info of area and hotel the location is perfectly located in the Center of hotel zone restaurant bars transportation are all within a few mins. Pods are comfortable and clean washrooms are clean showers are good also.overall great short stay for me .. also other travelers were friendly and respectful. I would recommend to other to give it a try…… thank you”

“Excelente opción para disfrutar la hermosa laguna de Bacalar! Muy amable todo el personal y el muelle está increíble, nosotros disfrutamos el amanecer y las tardes en las hamacas y los kayaks y paddleboards incluidos en la reservación. El dueño nos dio excelentes recomendaciones de lugares para comer y visitar en Bacalar, y nos ayudó a reservar un tour en pontón que pasó directo al muelle por nosotros entonces no tuvimos ni que salir del hotel para ese tour por toda la laguna.
