"The staff are amazing, such lovely, helpful, geniune people. They are the stars of the show. We loved the pool area towards the back, it was so relaxing and the vegetation provided lovely natural protection from the sun. The rooms were really spacious which we loved and the beds were excellent, so comfortable. The interior is slightly dated and we could of done with a few more utensils / plates in the kitchen. The breakfast was perfect and the added bonus of afternoon tea was a special treat. The location is great, lots of shops and a short walk to the beach. We also met our great driver Surya (Tom) who took us on a great half day trip to Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and Pedang Pedang beach. Highly rated, his patience in traffic was inspirational. Highly recommend The Haven and would definitely stay there again."

"If you're on a budget and want to feel like a vip this is the spot to be. The side off the room is so big, you get a bedroom, living and balcony space along with a double vanity bathroom. The staff was amazing, I had a late check in due to my flight and even though the hotel marked me as a no show, the staff reinstated my room right away. The view to the beach was great. The breakfast was awesome. And one if the few hotels that make no fuss about bringing additional guest in to hang out. Will book again!"

"We had an amazing stay at IZE Seminyak! From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location—within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, bars, Seminyak Square, and the beach. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the rooftop pool is a great place to relax. Thank you to the wonderful team at IZE Seminyak for making our holiday so memorable. We can't wait to come back! 🌴☀️💙"

"The staff are absolutely AMAZING. This is the second time we have stayed here and the hotel is so calm, quiet and welcoming we rarely left the pool side The bar staff in particular know everyone’s name, and are just the kindest and most thoughtful people Highly recommend staying here if you like relaxation, close beach proximity, great restaurants nearby and just a calm and relaxing break. 10/10"

"Communication prior arriving was great and we were able to book airport transfer. All the staff were helpful and very welcoming. The location is great as everything is working distance. The property was well maintained as they had staff doing the rounds. Room was super clean and bed made everyday. We also used the laundry service and got our clothes within a timely manner. I would highly recommend staying here!"
