“We have been staying at this hotel for the past three years and have always appreciated our stays. However, this time was a very disappointing experience. We understand that the hotel is somewhat outdated, but the condition of the room we were given was unacceptable. We were allocated a ground-floor room with a horrible smell, to the point that we couldn’t wait to leave. Considering the rates are not cheap, we expected at least basic facilities and a reasonable standard of maintenance....

“이른 첵인도 가능하여 이용하기에 좋았습니다. 요크 역에서 캐리어를 끌고 가기에도 멀지 않은 거리에 있어요. 숙박하기에 무난한 호텔이라고 생각합니다.”

“조식 무료인점이 너무 좋고 요크중심가 위치도 좋다 새로 문연곳이라 깨끗하고 좋은데 청소가 최악. 먼지가 겹겹히 쌓여있고 컵 얼룩은 기본. 디스펜서에 컨디셔너. 로션도 비워있는데 룸청소후에도 채워지지 않음. 그리고 너~~~무 추움 난방 기본설정온도가 너무 낮다. 그래도 나머지가 좋아서 더러운건 못본척 지냈다. 요크가 아름다우니까!!”

“객실내 슬리퍼가 없어서 불편했어요..화장실에 물건 둘곳이 없어서 불편했어요.”
