“Great friendly receptionist. Room was very clean and well furnished, not outdated. Breakfast was very good with good selection. ”

“Room was clean and well made up. However we did have to ask for extra pillows. Breakfast was ok. Limited options on eggs (only scrambled) veggie sausages wasn’t very nice. My son loved the pancake station. Downside was they started clearing the breakfast away exactly at 9.30. We didn’t know and went down at 9.10 ”

“Lovely hotel, quiet in the suite separate from the main hotel. Good facilities- large pool and I liked there was a swim lane and general lane. Staff friendly and helpful. Little dated in the rooms but plenty of space, comfortable bed/pillows and very dark. Would recommend.”

“Nice stay, convenient location & pleasant staff. I Can only comment on the particular room we stayed in (305) but more attention required with cleaning. Thick layers of dust on the lights . Inadequate heating for a hotel of this size to be using a small plugged in electric oil filled heater placed in the middle of the room. ”

“Clean large room, friendly staff, excellent pool facilities. The pool & jacuzzi & sauna & steam room are lovely and can be used by hotel guests, not just spa guests. The pool is a lovely warm temperature. I had a spa treatment & thoroughly enjoyed it. The posh restaurant is the breakfast restaurant & very overpriced, especially for meat. The cheaper restaurant is just outside it, it’s a sports bar with TVs everywhere. Breakfast was sensationally good, great selection, food superbly well cooked...
