“The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel itself was well looked after and gave really good vibes. My only negative feedback is the condition of the pool area. When your at the pool looking to relax and you're looking around at damaged or rusted walls and features, it really puts you off. I'd recommens a fresh lick of paint and some tropical plants that thrive on humid, damp environment. < This would make a big difference. ”

“Great location not far from railway station and close to castle and town centre. Room was good size and a comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast ”

“All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45. The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as...
