"Everything was lovely , only issue was screaming kids in the swimming pool Saturday afternoon "

"The room was very dated and basic . Buffet breakfast excellent. Asked at reception about parking and was directed to an ncp about 200 yards away which charged £32.00 for 24 hours ! Instead I Parked on Cathedral Rd about half a mile away for free and had a pleasant walk through a park to the hotel "

"Only downside with our visit was only 1 of the 3 lifts was working. With it being easter weekend the hotel was very busy and we had to wsit a long time for the 1 lift working "

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent, though the menu could have had more fresh options. The bar had a reasonable selection of drinks. However, the bed was noticeably dented/sagging in the middle, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. A new mattress or at least better support would make a big difference. Overall the property is fine, but the bed quality needs attention."
