“The staff were lovely ,very friendly. Room was really nice ,bed very comfortable excellent night's sleep. Breakfast was hot ,loads of choice. Fresh cooked eggs .fresh juice .coffee spot on ”
“We stayed for 1 night. Staff and hotel were excellent, the kids bed was a bit small and uncomfortable for a 10 year old but the overalll stay was great and food was lovely in the restaurant. We didn’t get to try breakfast unfortunately as we had to leave at 7.30am and breakfast didn’t start till 8am”
“The hotel was located just outside the Cardiff Central railway station and very close to the city center and the castle. The room was nice and clean and the fridge was working nicely. Breakfast was superb.”
“Hotel is amazing, comfortable spacious rooms, superb power shower with lovely smelling toiletries. Room was huge, bed was very comfortable with added tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast had a superb choice of both English and continental. Did have an evening meal here which was outstanding as well as the service given by the staff. Have stayed here twice now and will definitely be back again.”

Great size room for the family only negative I would say is the heavy doors made a loud Bang luckly people were not in there rooms late or this could of ruined the Stay .”
“We have a wondweful 3 days staying in King Arthur Hotel foe our trip in south Wales. The room is cleanliness and comfortable although the sound proof is a bit under expectation, luckily most of the customers are self repected.
We do enjoy the meals for dinner and breakfastin the restaurant, amazing food and wine.”
“Amazing stay at hotel Chelsea was brilliant and helpful. Only thing is I would suggest booking direct with hotel as I discovered that hotels.com add additional charges so the stay cost me over £60.00 more than if I had booked direct. I have tried to query the over charges but hotel.com have not been very helpfu”
