"A beautiful room with extremely comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom too. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It would be a pleasure to stay again."

"My first time in the UK: This was our last stop before going back to the USA. I loved the charm of this hotel. We sat on the patio for supper and the food was great as well as the hard working waitress. She was very nice. Bed was comfortable! Cotton sheets! Yay! The oscillating fan was a nice touch. I’m ok with no air conditioning but a bedspread would have been the ideal covering instead of a heavy comforter. Would definitely stay there again."

"For a budget room this was ideal. Compact but clean and comfortable beds. Perfect location as could walk into Southampton centre and the docks. Continental breakfast but enough variety to fill you up. On arrival we was greeted by Simon on reception who was extremely helpful and polite and gave some excellent local knowledge for walks on the docks and other areas, thank you."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Chilworth Manor while visiting Stonehenge, Avebury Stones, and Salisbury Cathedral. The property was once a manor and has evolved into a comfortable, well-maintained hotel, with substantial grounds and walking trails. The trails could use better upkeep. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel; the food and service were perfectly fine. Our only real drawback was that our third-floor room was accessible only by stairs, with no lift. An employee kindly helped us with our luggage, which we appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay with a lovely historic setting and convenient location for exploring the area."
