“Pool was amazing, nice and warm.”

“There was no one at the desk when we arrived ..waited for 15 minutes for them to show up. I paid for a king suit to find out it wasn't available..they were to give me a credit back on my visa and never did. Room was clean.”

“Friendly and responsive staff.”

“The room was very clean. Everything looked so new that I had to ask when the building was built. I was told 3 years ago...I was very impressed by the state.”

“Nice and clean”

“Beautiful place”

“Room & washroom were spacious- big plus. Bed’s & bedding very comfortable. Did not use the pool etc Was a very short stay. They have special rates for people getting treatment at Victoria Hospital. Could not avail of that as booked thru Expedia.”

“Good and nice services.”

“ok experience”

“We walked in and walked back out. Instant mold smell, dirty sheets, the lighting in the room was dim but when I used my flashlight you can tell how terrible the condition of everything was. Asked to be refunded but was unable to get our money back. Didn’t even stay the night.”
