“Great place to stay”

“체크인이 빨랐고 룸도 넓고 벽난로도 있어서 좋았어요. 다만 룸이 좀 어두웠네요. 가족 여행으로 추천해요.”

“I stayed two nights. I asked the front desk to clean the room, but the room was not cleaned. And the hotel did not do anything to me that amounted to that responsibility.”

“My true discontent was no irons; only steamers. Not evem one when requested. Because of this, I will never stay at this location again. The steamer should be the optional preference, not an iron. This is not a cruise, it's a hotel. When you have multiple things to iron, a steamer is not conducive nor the appropriate accommodation. Pleanty of parking; some staff were off-putting. ”

“Water pressure in shower was weak, no fan in bathroom. One of the three elevators were down so it made things a little challenging. But these are the worst things. THE staff was wonderful, the bed was super comfortable, location was really good. I would definitely stay here again!!”

“Good location and nice breakfast. But we had a major issue with the fireplace. When we checked in, it didn’t work. They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. They told us it was just a back build up that needed to dissipate, and we left our door open for an hour till it mostly went away. The fireplace was working that evening, but we turned it off at night and woke up around 2 AM to an overwhelming gas smell again. My husband was...

“Very beautiful hotel. Breakfast was great, pool area was nice. Really enjoyed the fire pit area. It was by the river side which made it very tranquil. This hotel is off the strip, which makes it a very quiet and enjoyable. Everything we did was within a 3-5 mile radius. ”

“It was a great place to stay you could see and see the great Smokey Mountains from the run and also right in front of the Hotel there was area that is made for walking or riding your bike on. We walked everyday while we were there. The only thing about the hotel there is no pool or a coffee pot in your room but you can go to the office and get coffee thru 10pm. ”

“We had a great stay overall at this hotel. The indoor and outdoor pools were a big highlight—especially the slide and lazy river, which made it fun for both kids and adults. The included breakfast was a nice bonus and had plenty of options to start the day right. Our room was impressively spacious, giving us lots of room to relax and not feel cramped. A few small areas could be improved, but nothing that took away from a very enjoyable experience. We’d definitely consider staying here again!”
