"The location is great, walking distance to metro, and other public transportation. At the time we arrived, they were doing some construction so we couldn’t appreciate the main lobby and surrounding areas. The room a nice size, clean, small refrigerator, coffee maker. The only problem that we get charged to keep our bags/suitcases when our room was not ready, obviously we weren’t going to be all our town hauling them. Other than that, we’re pleased we our stay."

"We had a great time at the W Times Square. Ish was simply fantastic, he made our checkin process easy and explained the property in a funny and friendly way. We were able to go to the TMPL gym and got our complimentary drinks. He also signed us up to become Marriott members, so we’re looking ahead to a long time relationship with the chain. "I stayed here last year so I was expecting no ac and falling apart furniture. Luckily our room was impecable, clean, ac working tooooo good, hot water in Shower and clean comfy beds. Of courseee the elevator took forever but I had patience and it was nothing. They def need a tiny fridge in the rooms that would fit. We made our own ice bucket that cost me ice daily because that also didn’t work. I would stay here again. Location is prime. "
