Waited in line over 20 min to check in because they only had one person at the desk. They messed up our reservation and had us in the wrong type of room. Fire alarm went off at midnight and the had kids prank calling the rooms. Alarms didn’t actually sound in the rooms. They had people coming around ...

Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location was convenient, and overall the experience was enjoyable. My only concern is that the price has gone up quite a bit, and it is starting to feel a little too pricey for regular stays.
