"The floor was extremely dirty, with a significant amount of dirt and grime on the tiles. Our feet turned black just from walking barefoot in the room. The floors clearly need a thorough cleaning. This was disappointing and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the property. But apart from this the property is very nice."

"Chris was excellent he was always very helpful! One thing I did not like was that I told the manager if there was a handicap room because my father was having a heart procedure done in the morning and he tried to help us out, but that construction and not being told which elevator to use had me somewhat upset because my dad had to be walking all over the hotel because the room we were staying in was blocked by the construction! So disappointing. But other than that everything else was good and as I mentioned before the young man Chris was very helpful and always with a smile"
