"Pricy for a basic room"

"We asked for towels and never received them. The front desk personnel stated he was on the way never showed up. Also the air wasn’t functioning and we called and they stated they would send someone and didn’t. "

"I have stayed at this Hilton several times and written positive reviews especially for location. That is of course still the case however I would recommend staying on the Bridgestone side on an upper floor. Unfortunately our room this stay was on the 3rd floor on the side of the building facing the river. It was great for people watching but the sound from Honky Tonk Central was not ideal for sleeping. The base was thumping late into the night. The rooms are definitely showing signs of age and normal wear and tear but the housekeeping staff does a good job keeping things as clean as possible. The lobby is lively and very pretty. Overall still a favorite "

"Room was very nice and very clean. Good Breakfast and hours for that were good (until 10-am). There is a parking garage connected to it, but can also be used by the public. Make sure you ask them about the parking situation and paying for that upon check-in as it is not obvious as how that works. "

"Parking is a issue, but beautiful place amazing location. All the staff was very pleasant and courteous will return, very very pleased. "
