ABode Canterbury

ABode Canterbury

8/10 Good
"We opted for continental breakfast (to be honest we never saw the choice for full cooked breakfast) but we ended up having a cooked breakfast at an extra charge, but then only had the juice and the coffee from the continental!! We stopped there for 3 nights and on each day the milk and the coffee ran out and people had to wait until replenished on the 3rd morning the tap water was also empty then when it was replenished there were no glasses, there were no bowls for the cereal also no mugs for the hot drinks, needs someone checking and replacing before empty. We were lucky enough to be able to park the car in their car park, would have been handy to have the car park postcode before hand as the hotel is right in the centre and a bit of a nightmare to drive to the front. Canterbury is lovely city, the hotel is perfectly placed to see all the attractions."

"The only issue was lack of staff at breakfast. The staff that were there were working hard but struggled to keep things topped up whilst coffee machines needed emptying/filling up and tables needed clearing. Food was good quality and plentiful"
