"Walking in the place has a real warm feel. The folks that greeted me at the front desk were genuine, warm, and very kind. You can tell they love their work place. Customer Service was amazing!!! I had my dog and they had so many wonderful amenities for her from bowls, treats, a name board, a plush squeaky toy, and best of all a pink bandana! Spoiled rotten as was I. The food was good. The room was very clean and decorated beautifully. I loved the two days I stayed there and highly recommend it!"

"For my first stay here, I found it to be a very calm and pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly, patient and helpful, and the view from the windows was great, especially with the holiday lighting at night. The only thing that I wish could change would be the bed mattress. I realize some might like it very cushy, but I prefer a more "solid" bed, one I don't almost slide off of when I sit on the end. But that is just me trying to find something to be picky about, and I would not hesitate to stay here again."
