"Just came back from our first trip to Grand Riviera Princess. We have nothing but positive things to say! We enjoyed every second of our trip. The whole resort is maintained beautifully. The staff were accommodating and nice. The food was great and there were many options to choose from. The resort is huge so it was nice getting to walk around. Adorable wildlife all around to see as well. There was lots of entertainment as well as quieter pool areas for a more relaxed time. This place truly has something for everyone. We will definitely be returning. "

"Just got back from Riu Palace Riviera , we went as a group of 10 and we really enjoyed ourselves . The water is beautiful here , there was 3 shades of blue , and clear. The rooms were very clean, the food was normal for an all inclusive . But the service was outstanding . Miguel and Marcos served our group to above our expectations!! Emmanuel in the entertainment staff that guy gave it his everything to everyone. Everyone loved him . The music was a little dull by the pool but lots brought a small speaker and played their own . Overall we loved it , we would definitely go back, if you haven’t been , you should go. "

"This was my second time coming here with my family, we really enjoyed the property and the service. The only complain I have is when making reservations. They say you have to make them the day of but when I asked if i could make it for the following day they said NO!! But on the day before my last day they said they could do that !! " The beach directly in front of the Blue Bay isn't the best, but if you don't mind walking 10 minutes to the left, you'll find a much nicer stretch of beach where you can have a great time. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews—those are just Karens being Karens. Me being an American, I felt disgusted when another American said, "I'm an American, I need the HVAC to work." They were being disrespectful to the staff, asking them to hurry up at check-in. This place is actually fun and offers great value for its price. The rooms are extremely cold, which is perfect after a hot day, and there is a lot to do for the price. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and there is plenty of food to eat. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it! "
