“The room were clean and the staff were very friendly. I like the location and everything is within walking distance around Kamala Beach. The coffee shop on first floor was a bonus! I really do appreciate the staff being very accommodating. ”

“Staff never responded to request for shuttle, sea view is from a great distance and misleading; the breakfast offering runs out of fresh coffee 30 minutes before the the end of the breakfast window and the staff cannot get you more. At best, this is a 3 star hotel that has fooled Expedia to believe it's a 4 star hotel. The single elevator has rust, we had ants in our room, and the neighborhood looks dilapitated and consists of other poor to mediocre mid-size motels/hotels. I would never stay...

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Incredible Stay — The Staff Made My Birthday Unforgettable! I cannot say enough great things about my experience at this hotel. Location amazing. The property itself was beautiful, comfortable, and everything you would expect from a great hotel, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible staff and management. From the moment I arrived, everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, attentive, and professional. The level of hospitality went far beyond simply...

“My plane was delayed by 4 hours yet I was greeted by amazingly friendly staff in the middle of the night. Great location, spacious and clean room, A/C, incredible views over Kamala and great food/coffee options nearby. The staff are amazing and I wish I had stayed there longer! I would definitely return :)”
