"The hotel was super busy when we were there. Also, some may find it cumbersome having to take off your shoes every time you arrive at the hotel. Also having to walk in socks the whole time in the hotel including going to breakfast. The amenities were great, there were 5 different hot springs tubs to use which was very nice, free ice cream and amazing breakfast spread also water/tea/coffee available every day was very nice. Staff was kind and welcoming. The location was away from the main touristy area but easy taxi or bus ride back after a long day of exploring. "

"Overall, hotel is artistically designed but overall a little dark in style. The room is fairly spacious. It’s a nice hotel but not very traveler-friendly. You have to go to the lobby for water or coffee but the ice machine is on another floor. So you have to go up and down several floors to fill your kettle or ice bucket. It was very inconvenient. All the toiletries are in the lobby but the selection was fairly limited. The shower and bathroom was well designed and easy to use. The room was overall comfortable. The WiFi worked well. The location is slightly south of the central busy area but it was nice. Great restaurants around and Family Mart a block away was very convenient. They offer a public bath but I didn’t get to try it. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. Overall, a nice stay. Minus 1 star for the inconvenient amenities layout. "

I also appreciated the wide range of amenities provided—everything you might need is readily available, including a toothbrush and toothpaste, hairbrush, high-quality shampoo and conditioner, as well as lotion and night cream. One of the highlights of the hotel is its traditional Japanese bath, which offers a unique and relaxing cultural experience. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding an extra level of enjoyment to my stay. Overall, the attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their outstanding work. "Este hotel es muy centrico en Kyoto, solo a 2 o 3 minutos de la Torre de Kyoto y de la estación del tren( Kyoto Station). Decenas de restaurantes a menos de 5 minutos caminando de principales atracciones turisticas. Esta muy bonito, muy limpio y el servicio fué muy bueno."

"The hotel provies a regular shuttle bus to and from Kyoto station , which is easy to locate at the Shinkansen exit side in the shuttle bus bay. The room size was a good size for one person with a large and small suitcase. Room providing with amenities you would expect, and was kept very clean. Room has a fridge and a safe. The hotel location is convenient , especially with the bus back and forth to the station. The staff were very professional and polite. Only negative I have is there is no way to control the temperature of the fan/ac. You can only change the speed and power on and off."
