“Room was amazing. Sally the concierge was helpful with getting flowers to the room and Massages scheduled. Fireplace going with the crash of the waves below made for a perfect relaxing weekend”

“Always a great stay! Our second time staying here on our yearly Santa Cruz trip and it was great as always!”

“Great places. It's very relaxing and quiet.”

“This was a great room to celebrate my daughter’s first trip (and as a teenager) to The Beach Boardwalk!! Beautiful views of the ocean, boardwalk at night, and easily walkable to all the things you want to do.”

“Be aware that for this hotel, you’re paying for the room and not the experience. The hotel itself is really cute, staff was so rude and unkind and unhelpful. I checked in with my daughter, staff was indifferent and unwelcoming , I can totally get past that and move on with my and my daughter’s little getaway even though it was disappointing. However I noticed my incidental deposit was no longer pending but they debited it. I called to ensure if there was an issue with the room or if it would be...

“Beautiful location, room was immaculate, and checkin was a breeze!”
