โAmazing service from the staff, very clean rooms and the facilities were also great with multiple jacuzzis, a nice main pool with a bar. The Lava restaurant was also a great dining spot. โ
โThe grounds and hotel were stunningly beautiful with direct view of Arenal! Very relaxing environment. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious with local fruits and juices as well as many both sweet and savory options. Room was deluxe and bed super comfortable.โ
โWe got the all-inclusive package and it did not disappoint. Buffets for lunch and dinner and menu items for lunch. Plus unlimited drinks if you have the premium package. โ
โwe loved the property . gorgeous lanscape and views . pleasant personnel , felt very safe. cabins are very nice designed . walls are very thin and you can hear all the wildlife outside and the rain . didnt mind that and fortunately it was very cool at night so we werent hot (no AC). the doors werent well sealed so we did have several spiders coming in but nithing major.

โThe property was beautiful- very lush and well kept. Our patio had a view of the volcano which was amazing. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathroom was wierd though in its layout- did not like the open shower. Liked being able to park near our front door and having no stairs or elevators. Excellent service though in all places. We like our four night stay here.โ
โThis location was the ideal place for for my multi-generational family vacation. The property is gorgeous and we especially liked the pool and surrounding garden โ it was a beautiful oasis for afternoon breaks. The staff was so attentiveโ I think there was a moment where I whatsappโd them and they were on site within minutes! The only reason I put 4 stars for amenities is because the kitchen stools and some of the kitchen tools were pretty cheap compared to the luxe nature of everything else on...
โLovely brand new hotel on a hillside overlooking the main center of Santa Elena. Beautiful clean rooms with clean water and bathrooms, new construction, 5 minute walk to town. The hosts are lovely and welcoming, providing advice to guests on all sorts of things. Communal breakfast in the morning is great too! Most of all, this property is run by a non-profit that supports children's education, so it's great to contribute to the cause by staying here.โ
